though many of you may not have seen the original thread, after i closed down the original complaint threads, me and him have been talking via PM and have worked out an agreement. he was not trying to scam me, simply fulfilling exactly what his TOS says, and if my referrals were doing the same offers i do not blame him for being suspicious and investigating, however after further review we have come to the conclusion that, pending any further instances, my account will come off hold, and a proof picture of payment will be forthcoming.
