well, when they are paying 70 / ref, i think the offers are pretty darn good.

yep me too. Compared to the payout rate, the offers don't seem steep at all. Their rates are only slightly less than those that are paying $40-50 a ref so it seems they did well in adjusting the ratios without making it cumbersome for a referral.
