The referrals do not need to be green, just need to have 50 sign-ups under their account. They will be paid when they complete their requirements for the gift of their choosing.

No. 50 sign-ups yellow or green doesn't matter. The $175 will be paid when you finish your requirements for the prize of your choosing.
