Of course it's "tax deductible"....It is a business expense....The $599 rule only applies to a person who earns more than $599 from you in a calendar year, then the IRS wants to start taxing that person.
Anytime you send out a payment, whether it is $1 or $10,000, it is "tax deductible", which means it is counted as an expense. I sure hope your not keeping records wrong, and are paying taxes on your expenses (

What I find funny is, when I was playing Desktop TD (for the GiftOrb promo), I look at the score list and I see findme. Same guy? Who knows ... I just found it funny personally.
