It is better now. We got a credit request for True.com which was resolved within 4 days! We have had problems with Video Professor (2 Reports yet) and we are discussing the matter with the affiliates.

So you were able to sign up and get the promo credit? As long as you are signed up successfully, try logging into the site after you clear your cookies. It might be that their server is busy when you tried it.
Do you notice long loading times for any other site? It might be a possible virus or some spyware running on your computer.

nope...still not working, i can get into any other site, any other page no problem. and no i didn't get the promo credit yet, i got as far as signing up and activating with my confirmation email. it's now that i want to log in that the page just won't load. i have IE7 and the green loading bar goes up tp the top (very slowly) and stays there. had it open over 1/2 hour and still nothing. tried clearing cookies and cache, didn't change anything. (
i can get as far as entering email/password then go...that's it.

Might I recommend you try
Firefox? I have not had problems loading sites with it, and with any luck, it would fix your troubles, too.

really? cuz it was slowing down everything the other night and even after i installed it IE was still opening up my new pages...i had to copy'paste into firefox to get it to work....was iffy seeing as i never even heard of it till 2 days ago so i just deleted it.

Firefox is faster and more secure than IE. When you install it and run it the first time, it usually allows you to import all the saved items (cookies, bookmarks, etc) from IE, and also should as you if you want it to be your default browser.
I don't know why it was making your computer slower; sounds like either a virus/spyware/maleware/etc, or you are running too many things at once and don't have enough RAM, or you need to defragment your hard drive.

We have many offers that are not there or other sites. You should be able to find an offer that interests you. You can also participate in this promotion and get your credit.

We had tested the system using FireFox and Internet Explorer 6. This is the first complaint we received about this but I'll get it checked.

Many people have asked whether they have to do an offer or not if they sign up un referred. The answer is [b8695dea712]No. You need not do an offer if you join un referred[/b8695dea712].
You only need to do an offer if you joined referred. After you complete, the offer, the referrer would get credit.
Our system has been modified to allow users to request verification and submit orders even if they haven't done an offer. This only applies to the Cash site.
