Hey getrewardz,

I was told on anything4free.com that I can contact getrewardz here. I CAN'T CONTACT YOU in ANY FORM! When I try to submit a ticket / reply to a ticket it logs me out. I haven't seen you on AIM when i've been on AIM. I tried emailing you guys with the e-mail you guys provided on your news page, BUT an e-mail comes back saying that the e-mail does not exist. I would like some news of whats going on, I am trying to look for referrals and they can't sign up because they said they keep getting some error. This is indeed preventing me from getting my prize. If it isn't to hard, i would like to see some updates on whats going!

This network is horrible. Horrible customer service and horrible crediting. I have an outstanding credit request of almost two months now and all they can say is they've now changed to new affiliates or w/e so crediting will be better. I don't care about the new affiliates; I complete offers on the old affiliates and sent in my letter with proper headers. And the users I send there seem to have problems getting credit here. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

eta even when they are on AIM, they do not engage. One night I tried to pm them all for hours and got one reply and the reply was 'what can I help you with' and nothing after that. And then when I went to the support center and filled out a ticket, they closed it saying they had already responded to this issue in AIM! What a crock of chit!

shylesson - Yeah, they're definatley getting worse. But crediting is definatley not their fault. They used to run offers through InstantDollarz and that is why they didn't credit, InstantDollarz wasn't very good. If you submitted a manual credit request, then they submitted it to InstantDollarz. The same exact thing would have happened if you did YourGiftsFree or any other site that uses InstantDollarz.

m.scan01 - I belive they are having some glitches with their sites, just be patient and they'll all be fixed.

I understand crediting is based on the advertisers, but customer service is based on the site. They could at least be a little pro-active in their replies and and heck even lie to me and tell me they will try and contact the advertiser again and see what the deal is.

I had a 4 month no credit report finally go through for 123, it just takes a while sometimes...

Getrewardz sucks. Same problem--no crediting. They won't even combine 1/2 credits from all my referrals (who are still waiting --2 months now-- to be credited)

This network should be banned...

Officially4free won't do that...I think I saw for the first time a network doing that as a promotion the other day...other than that i've never seen a company add your .5 credit referrals up.

Plus I can agree with Diablo, we are waiting on credit requests from January from InstantDollarz. Some are just now coming back as denied or granted.

My credit request from Getrewardz was from back in mid December >_> Still waiting on that.

I SHOULD be getting paid today. We'll see.

What offer? You probably didn't submit it correctly with full headers or you just messed up on the offer. I doubt it'll credit, I did 2 offers on the points site a while back and the requests never went through either. Their crediting sucks pretty bad.
