I have not cheated anyone or any company. The few times I have done an offer more than once I had the permission of the sponsor company. I simply asked.

I would think that most site TOSs would frown on that anyway. I'm sure that most sites would like to see "written" proof (approval) from these sponsors just to cover THEIR butts.
