That is some pretty high referral amounts...20 per ref is way to low...40-50 is the norm.

I keep the ads on the site to generate more traffic, why do you have a issue with the ads?

I don't know what you mean by 20 per referral and 40-50 being the norm? As far as the referral amounts, our site has lowered the requirments realizing the amount for referrals were too high for the items.

Update your selection. On top of that, your ratio is now extremely inconsistent. $50 for 1 ref, $100 for 2, but only $125 for 3? But then the Best Buy cards are $25 for 1 ref, $75 for 2, and $125 for 3? What's going on here?
You have a poor gift selection. And what is your offerlist? And shipping/approval times? Do you have any start-up capital?
Explain to me why you have ads on your site. It's highly unprofessional and seems like you have no dedication to your site by placing ads on there. Makes the site seem like a freely hosted site with a cheap domain name purchased.
