85 per ref.. does it take more offers to turn green now? because if it does that means it will cost more to get refs therefore making the same thing that was in 2006 (

The cost we're seeing is at about $25. The offers aren't any harder than last year and if you sign up unreferred and request it, we'll give you an extra ref credit which means you just get one more referral and you have to do no offers at all. This is not a promo and is good on all of our sites.
