Edit Due to lack of interest, I decided to make this contest have a set number of slots, that way people know their odds before going in. So...... hypothetically speaking. Say I'm already green on Plasmas.free4refs.com ........ If I start working towards my 7 Referrals and any of them 7 referrals do one of the above listed offers, I get an Entry for the PS3 Raffle, for every offer on the list that my referrals may complete?

This is exactly right. Just continue to pursue the sites like you normally would. Each referral still counts normally, but you just get an added bonus (a drawing entry) when they complete one of the above offers. With Plasmas.free4refs you could potentially get 2 entries per referral if they complete two offers from that list that are half credit.

What are you talking about? I only have eight no-credits open right now. If people aren't getting credit, complaining about it isn't going to accomplish anything. They need to send me their confirmation e-mails like I tell them to or they aren't going to get credit, it's as simple as that.

There's two different versions of most hosting offers. One requiring you to stay on for at least 2 months that are typically half credit, and another that gets you full credit but you have to wait a little longer. With the half credit ones, you will be credited immediately but your credit will be removed if you don't stay on the full time.

Yup. I did a hosting offer on an OffersCentric site, and it took 90 days to credit, and a few days extra.
