Hey Guys,
The time has come... to get what you really want - BeerOrCash.com!
Since this industry is built on credibility, let me tell you a few things about myself. My name is Lucas Brown and I currently live in Boston, MA. BeerOrCash.com is owned by Tatto, Inc. in which I'm a partner in.
My partner and I have been heavily involved in promoting offers over the past years through extensive media buys. Now we are reaching directly to customers via our own website - BeerOrCash.com.
We have created BeerOrCash.com with three things in mind
1. Great prizes (beer or cash and a few other prizes!)
2. High payouts ($60/referal)
3. Impeccable customer support
One thing you should keep in mind is that, the site is based on a standard script that many of you may have used. Thus, you should not have any problems. Where we provide our real benefits is our ability to provide offers with maximum payouts.
We do pay and have a PayPal reputation of 9.
So check the site out and def leave your comments/suggestions. BTW we are working to adding more offers over next week.
Sincerely,
Lucas Brown

I don't think most affiliates allow alcohol to be offered..

It's a gray area, actually. As far as the USPS goes, you are correct -- shipping alcohol is a federal offense.
For private carriers (UPS, FedEx) it's a bit more complicated. For private transactions, technically you are correct. However there are certain allowances in the federal 3-tier distribution laws for for retailers, wholesalers, & manufacturers to ship alcohol. I'm not sure if this site would count as a retailer or not, but I know a lot of sites that actually ship wine (woot.com, for one, and there is at least one affiliate offer for a "wine of the month club" OOD).
According to
this article,[=http//www.realbeer.com/library/beerbreak/archives/beerbreak20011108.php]this article, your best bet is just not to advertise what it is you're shipping, and use a private carrier.

Simply reading the TOS explains that
[quoteb822ba2308]III. Products
6. All alcoholic products will be exchanged to their cash value and delivered with PayPal. A case of beer is valued at $20. [/quoteb822ba2308]
Also, the first time I've seen a freebie site go out of their way to say they'll place accounts on hold for scamming on freebie forums
[quoteb822ba2308]VI. Account Disqualification
(i). If you fail to complete your end of a referral trade by promising to pay and/or complete an offer for a user on a different site and not doing so or you acquire your referrals in a dishonest or fraudulent manner, you will be placed on hold.[/quoteb822ba2308]
This introduction post is very CC40-ish. Not only that, but his location is New Jersey (where CC40 is from), yet in the introduction post he claims to live in Boston. shrug
