Thank for your suggestion. But the problem is all there offers only pay me less than $35 per lead. how am i going to reduce my gift referrals requirement.

You aren't suppose to make money every time you ship a gift. You receive money when people are not able to finish sites or are put on hold. You should increase your payout ratio to at least $40/ref and then make a decision on whether an offer is worth full credit or half credit. In most cases, offers that payout $30+ should be worth full credit, and $30- should be worth half credit.

All our work is copyrighted, and it is stated in the footer. If I do not get in contact with the owner, I will have to take further action.

Don't get me wrong. I like new networks. They always have something new and different to offer.
But its obvious the owner doesn't take the time to make his own. He flat out copied our design, and just replace the images. He didn't even bother to rename them. If he doesn't even have time to make his own design, or TOS and other policies, how will he have the time to do support?

The HTML would be the same because it's the same script...also the reason why it looks the same on both sites. The images are different, colors are different, the ToS and Privacy Policies...are those created or built into the script?

Legally, no. I cant. I neglected to send in my copyright form+fee. Its here on my desk. But, does that make it right to steal somebody elses work?

Yes, we both use the same script. Bug deal. The only elements that my Custom Design and standard sfs design shares is the Gifts Box, and The steps column. Everything else is completely custom. So he did steal my html. I would have been glad to help him tweak around his design, if he would of asked.

Yet, he just blew it off. Thought he wouldn't be called out for stealing somebody else's work.
