I run OSX, and I consider Mac more of a "luxury" than Windows since not many people have it, it's reliable, and it doesn't crash for unexpected reasons like my Windows partition and/or my old PC did =]

Yeah, Macs are in essence much better than Windows.

But if you don't have a computer what you gonna do before you buy it? Ask your neighbour, look at your work, what's everything gonna be running, Windows!
