seems like a good idea but uhh i dunno cartons arent too expensive here in FL. About $28.... Buy it online for less too.. Nah wouldnt do it myself .

And then the owner gets sued multiple times for deaths in a family due to the cigarettes received from the site.
That's a big no no. He could even go to prison for it. Plus...I think he needs a license to give it away also.
