I signed up for simplyfreerewards last week and so far customer support has been great. He is shipping out today (monday evening). I placed my order and hopefully will receive my nano shortly!
I'll keep everyone posted about my experience as it progresses.

He said you have to clear your cookies between every single non-cc/survey offer. I'm guessing thats why alot of people are having crediting problems.
