31 referrals for $1000 isn't really all too high. That's a little less than $40/ref which is just about average on some of the smaller networks right now.
The site could use a lot of design work, but good luck with it!

Thanks for all the input from everyone. I can't believe I typoed that 'your decide' thing dang, but thanks for catching that. Also, site redesign with the drop shadows and the used car salesman gone.
Also added ten new offers and offering the minimum deposit back on sportsbook as a rebate.
We do same day crediting (usually within 1-2hrs.) and net 20 days on payment with same day approval.
