anyone know what is going on with this site?
no credit for what should have been a next day credit, emailed the confirmation email. havent heard back. support ticket not answered in 6 days

Just a slow run site. They tend to be slow when replying to emails and shippin gifts.
They do ship though so just have to be patient with them.

np, it took me I think 9 days to get a responce to my email.
Then 35 for account approval but they shipped next day.
