Kinda seems rediculous that you have to get 10 referrals for $50 dollars even if it is completeing a None CC offer. I mean If it was 1 referral that had to a credit card offer I wouldn't mind to get $50 but why 10 referrals..

Non-CC offers pay a lot less, so I guess 10 referals will cover it.....

You definitely hit the nail on the head. Non-CC offers pay much less than normal offers, which is why 10 referrals is required. At the same time, it is much easier to acquire free referrals. Leaving business cards with a redirect link to This50BuxisFree on it in college/university computer labs is just one of the many ways to obtain easy referrals since the students are in front of a computer and don't have money to waste.

Its also allowing me to cash out with no referals and even if I click that it won't do anything.

My referal did show up, but now when I login it asks me to cashout if I want to, but clearly I don't have the referals. Shouldn't the cashout button appear when I have the referals to do so?
