Where is the best place to get a notebook? I just need something generic, nothing too buff, just want to do school work on it and such.

Theres Freedesktoppc.com from Freepay who have a laptop on their site. It's kinda difficult to get greens for it though.
I'm working on OrderPCs4Free.com where they have a laptop, Alienware PC, paypal, PC accessories or you can get your own custom order laptop. let me know if you want to do it wink
There's also notebooks.thefreeproect but I'm not sure if anyone has received theirs yet.

You could also try non-referal sites.

I am still considering about it.
Right now I changed it to paypal since it is $900.
Ibook only worth less than $700 on ebay. and the other laptop only worth from 600-700
