Yes they are legit. Perhaps others who have done the sites could tell of their experiences though.
On a related note (sorry I don't mean to threadjack but it's very similar), has anyone done NFLJerseys ? How many refs there?

Gift Fiesta is legit. I got $100 from their Gift Cards site. They do have some crediting issues, but they are good to respond to tickets.
