COOL4FREE Contact Information (?)

This may be a stupid (or repeated) question, but does anybody know of a way to contact Cool4Free besides opening a support ticket via their sites? My Zens4Free account was randomly put on hold for NO reason; I tried opening a support ticket but to no avail. I also tried e-mailing them but that didn't work, either. Does anybody know of another way of contacting them?

These people seem REALLY shady...

I hate cool4free. They took two months to give me my $250 paypal. ?

Anyway, I think sending support tickets is the only way you can reach them now. They used to have AIM but I don't think they do anymore.
