What's the best way to get my last 2 TRAINN referrals?

Hi guys. I signed up for the YouriPodTouch4free.com back in January 2008. I got my first 3 greens within 2 weeks, but haven't had any since, I have had 69 total referrals in 2 years. I'd like to go ahead and get the final 2 referrals needed to get the 8GB Ipod Touch, but wanted to ask if the best way for someone like me with no Trade Record is to offer cash for referrals. How should I expect to pay for each of the last 2 greens? What are my odds of getting burned?
