Eligibility by location varies from site to site, read each site's ToS to see. Most don't allow foreign countries besides the occasional CAN.

This is kinda late, but yes Sandy you're right, the site would have to be UK friendly.
One awesome site that does allow UK users is Git-R-Free, and the last time I checked, they had 500+ offers. If there are other UK friendly sites, perhaps someone else will list them???
