The HTML center tag will work. Just keep in mind it has been deprecated for years (no longer considered part of the HTML standard) so it's possible newer browsers might refuse to support it. Doubtful, but possible.
This text is centered, for example.

hmm... thats starnge.. tried it, it doesn't work for me... though I am using firefox. will give it another try...
