Does anybody know what's happening with WhyPayItsFree?? I am one ref away from my $250, and now that I found someone who is willing to do it, I can't get on the site.

When I try to go there, I get this message
"The file /home/freegift/public_html/videoipod/global.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder and requires the free ionCube PHP Loader to be installed."
I don't know what that means............
