Who is J4320??

I don't see that name listed under a mod, but they posted something on my thread(edited a post of mine) about bumping too often that I wasn't sure about. I hadn't bumped more than 24 hours, someone else had posted on my thread, so I was confused.

Does anyone know who J4320 is so I can ask him/her?
