How to get people to do YOUR referrals for CASH??

I've been posting and bumping and sending message to newcomers. My pay is 60-70% but I am still unable to get people to want to complete a referral.

For starters, don't spam a user's inbox.

As for the rest, all I can say is be patient and don't overdo the bumping...

Trading is not what it used to be. If you're still having difficulty getting referrals, then you might want to consider using DIY sites.

I did 3 DIY sites

1 for $1000 VISA
1 for $500 AMEX
1 for 42 Samsung PlasmaTV

and I ran out of offers to do....

Most likely the biggest problem you are having is your 0TR. Do-it-yourself sites are an option, but you will soon run out of offers. My best suggestion would be to do some green for green trading. This will allow you to finish off several sites, and will raise your TR to a level where you may be able to find referrals.

And PMing newcomers who have not requested info is spam, and will get you restricted.

Yes definitely getting your TR status raised up with help you. Do some good sites with reputable traders and also trade site for site. Hang in there - this does take patience. Keep scouting the trading post for new traders who post that they want to do sites and then contact them.

Personally, you should do a couple offers first for paypal... this also raises up your TR and makes you appear to be more legit as well.

After you get to lets says 5TR

start paying if you'd like.

This guy needs to be banned... Not only is he spamming the user's inbox. But he has a referral link in his trade thread and refuses to take it down despite being warned by several users.

Yeah, I guess you're new but when you have problems like this you can PM a mod. We'll appreciate it, especially now as we're cracking down on these spammers. I'm going to delete you other post since it doesn't belong there either.
