Hello - there are no cc sites that you can green on and get paid and you do not need a referral to get paid. You get referrals once you green and then decide to work the site for yourself. Hope that helps.

I could be wrong here, but I believe the Free4every1 sites allow you to get an extra ref instead of doing an offer yourself. I know there's another one too, I believe it's moneybonanzas. I'm sure there are others, but I can't remember all of them. You can just ask the site if you can get an extra ref instead of doing an offer yourself and they'll tell you if it's allowed or not.

There's a DIY site called easycashawards.com that's nocc. I got $25 from them, but it took a few months before I got my check.

Oh, my bad! I misunderstood your question. Yes, there are alot of DIY sites available. One of them would be LucroCash. You may want to look and/or post in the DIY section of this forum to get better results.
