If we choose to cancel the trials that come with offers, are we still considered "Green" or does this have a negative effect? Also is there a certain amount of time we should wait before cancelling trials thank you i want to make sure i do this right

Type carefully when you're talking about cancelling. You should only try offers that you're interested in. Of course you can always cancel the trials and it should not effect your green, unless you go around making it a habit to try offers and cancel them as soon as they credit. This is considered offer fraud.

Sorry but you can't talk about cancelling here (it's a big no no). Like jeagle said, do the trials you're interested in and act accordingly.
