when....it says payment declined but you are STILL charged minutes later and get no credit?

Heh..

I came back after like three or four months and realize that it has gotten much harder to green for people.

Yes, it's MUCH harder to green for people as crediting has gotten a lot worse. Hopefully something will give soon.

Indeed. I'm filing a claim tomorrow with eAuctionSuccess. I guess my bank detected this and they had put the payment on hold status until I file the claim. It's pretty annoying because it says declined, and no e-mail is sent to you then you check bank and the money is gone and if you don't notice on time you'll probably be missing the monthly fee also.

Oh and the worst part is not getting credit, and when I get these kind of problems I try not to do any more offers until it's solved, else i'd get lost on so many phone number records. >.<

The worst part is doing offers just so you can get credit for them. Offer fraud just sucks, doesn't it?

I agree that doing offers just for the credit if fraud, but what it sounds like Rey is saying is that he never received his product or service and was charged anyway. I have had that happen and it really is annoying - credit or not.

I have had that happen also but usually if you call and explain that you did not receive their product - they will send it out to you again. Most of these companies want you to try their product - so that you can be a returning customer.

As far as crediting - it is much harder now and takes longer but that is because of all the fraud that was going on - these affiliates are running more strick scamming tests - NOT THE SITES.

It is still a great way to find neat products and make some money trying them. D D [/color7a2889c90c]
THIS IS A BONUS [/color7a2889c90c] and I have noticed so many people leaving so quickly without giving this trading a chance. New traders need to realize that this process can take awhile. I do wish that site owners would change the 'INSTANT' though - that is very misleading. The offers should say 3-5 days and then traders would learn to be more patient. wink wink wink

sorry but this statement is crap.
you do an offer you are interested and, because it is on a site that will credit you, you expect to get credit. when it doesnt happen, it sucks. that is the truth.
it happens
he can complain about it
that does not constitute fraud

This sounds like where I am right now.

I signed up for an offer 7 days ago. My card has been charged but no credit. So much for "instant". They have 5 days to respond to my request to process that I sent yesterday.

This is an offer I am interested in. It is frustrating to me that I may not have time to evaluate the offer before they charge me again. I am sort of at their mercy, meanwhile the days are burning up. evil

Did I say anything about people doing offers they're interested in? Um.... no. Please learn to read before you criticize.

Even though you're in the right, it might help to be nicer with how you set someone straight.. just a suggestion, to help avoid flame wars.

i guess my assumption was that you assumed that he was doing offers he was not interested in. this was implied by "doing offers just for credit." I do not know what else you can imply. Maybe I am too versed in this language called English
now, unless you have information I do not, you should learn to write more clearly and get your implications correct.
note that he did not mention that he did an offer he was not interested in shock nor did he mention he was doing offers just for credit
that was YOUR assumption
