Hi,

I came across this site after signing up with YourFreeiStuff.com. After reading as much as possible on this forum, I understand the basics of trading and I realize that I already lost a trading opportunity because of signing up with YourFreeiStuff.com directly. In any case. I am very excited to start trading but I am going on vacation in 2 weeks, so I'd like to know if it make sense to start now and complete after I return or if it will take less than 2 weeks to complete an offer, or if I should wait until I come back and start trading then.

Thanks
Maggie

This is a great opportunity to get some spending cash for your vacation. I made a profit - yes, profit, after expenses - of just about $500 in my first 2 weeks of trading. So, yes, this would be a great time to start!

If you need any other help or have other questions, please feel free to PM me any time.

Welcome and Good Luck )

Start trading now! I agree with skepticalcynic, you can earn money now before your vacation if you want some extra spending cash. Go to the Trading Thread to find what people are offering and start trading.

If you have not done so read my guide on how to make money here.

Also you might be able to get sign up on yourfreeistuff to be assigned to another trader if you ask through a support ticket.

thanks for all the info everyone. I read Big War Bird guide. And I am a little confused on how much the green is worth. How exactly do I know? Someone offer me a trade for cash. How do I know if the offer is good?

Well by todays standards 25 - 30 is what the norm is....

But if you're doing a train site ... it's much more unless they don't know better... their the hardest referrals to come by

Short answer 45 - 50% of what the site pays per referral

I sent you a PM with a more detailed answer...

Are you kidding? Why would John do a site for 20 dollars or less when he can do the same site for 25 or 30 or possibly even 35?

Take your time! Browse the Trading post for to see what people are offering for a given network. Learn how freebie sites work and you will figure it out pretty quick.

Here is another way to approach it.

Find a sponsor offer that you really want to do and ask how much someone is willing to pay you to do that offer.

??? I thinking setting up trades right before going on holidays is a BAD idea. What if you don't get credit right away? Then whoever you are trading with is left waiting, and you are out of contact until you return.

If you don't leave for two weeks and you start to do a couple sites..... if you don' get credit for the offers you probably never will anyway.

He's right about that one...
Even IF the offer has an MCR available, you would have to wait 15 days after you do the offer anyway.

Also, how long are you going on vacation for?

Find a trusted trader and ask questions - everyone is usually very helpful here and will help you dear. You can read any traders profile by clicking on their user name and scroll down. You can see what other traders have said about that trader. Look for a descent TR and posts and you will be able to count on that trader for help.

Good luck TS

LOL "Look for decent TR..." This strikes me funny coming from Sandy with a 600+ TR (and nice as can be to boot!)

A couple of ways

1. On the freebie site, check to see how many referrals it takes to achieve a monetary payout. You can expect to be paid about half of what each referral pays out.

liliEXAMPLElili
If I need 4 referrals to achieve a $200 payout on YourFreeiPhone.com (completely hypothetical-stick with me) then you can expect me to pay you $25 per referral because each referral is worth $50 on the site($200/4=$50).

NOTE Sometimes people may pay a little more if they are anxious to complete a site to earn their freebie sooner, which leads me to the second way.

2. At the top of the FiPG forum web page there is a cluster of navigation buttons. Click on [Search] and search the forum for a keyword (ie. YourFreeiPhone.com). Glance through the results to find how much other people are willing to pay for a green.

Hope all of the above babbling made sense...I haven't had my coffee yet.

$20 for that site is too low, in my opinion. I just finished that site and for the referrals I paid for I paid $35 each and it still took me two months to finish.
