I was wondering, if I use a different e-mail address for the offers than the one I sign up with for the site, will the offers still credit?

They should but its better if you use the same email that you sign up with. If I were you and in your situation (you probably do not want to get spam im assuming), I would make a special email account at say yahoo or hotmail just for freebies so that you do not have to worry about junk mail in your main email account.

I never made a 2nd email account for my offers and now my primary email account has became filled with spam. I have learned my lesson and I now use a differant email address D

It's usually good to just have 1 email to do all your websites with.
