SITE OWNERS - WHY THE STALLS IN CREDITING AND AN IDEA ??

I know I am not the only trader with these concerns, so I am asking.

Why are so many affiliates having a hard time crediting? Why do some sites have offers and accept MCR's and yet other sites with same offers - do not?

Can't site owners find more offers like you see on TV? Like Pet Steps and Floam stuff for kids, and grills and flashlights etc. Are those not allowed?

Seems to me most of the offers are for diet pills/patches and books, grants and credit cards/loans. Can't we have more selections?

I have seen some sites with offers of T-shirts or purses or Pet Meds - so why can't we get more of that type of offer? I would love to see toys or pet products or household or car items. Please
Anyone else? Let us be heard !!!!!Post your ideas guys.

Come on site owners - what do you think? wink

Wow THIS IS A GREAT IDEA - READ THIS

Offer Credit Reimbursement[/sized742d7da79]
In June 2006, advertisers pulled the plug on accepting manual credits. We here at F4E1 feel this is unfair to our honest and legitimate users who complete offers properly and do not receive their due credit. So we have instituted our manual credit reimbursement program. We will reimburse our users the offer cost of an offer they do that doesnt credit, provided that they follow the rules of this service.

Once your credit is denied ( viewable on support page ), wait 7 days then submit a "no offer credit report". In that report please include a copy of your confirmation email from the offer. This copy must include the full email headers as well as all pertanent info that was included in the email ( basically a full copy/paste ). Once we verify your offer we will reimburse you the amount of the offer cost PLUS $5. Maximum total reimbursement is $15. Only 4 credit reimbursements per person/account.

Offer NOT valid on no cc sites.

Terms of offer subject to change.

F4E1 reserves right to refuse this service to anyone for any reason. D D

I personally would like to be able to do sites over & over. I think Trainn could make a killing if they let us do their sites multiple times. I would ad the twodollardeal sites to that list as well.

Jeremiah1218

14-09-2007 21:57:45

Yeah I definately think Trainn sites should be repeatable...they get the most business as it is, and they would be making a ton more if they just let us redo them over and over. I also agree with you sandra, not to sound negative but most of the offers these days are useless. I can't tell you how many there are for diet pills, cheap programs that supposedly teach you how to make a "fortune" off ebay, etc...I think more people would also be more interested in completing sites if there were more offers we could actually use. Bringing back MCRs would be great too, it makes no sense that an offer will accept it on one site, and the same offer will not accept them on another. One more thing about getting a lot of new offers is that all of us veteran traders will be able to start completing more offers again because we have pretty much all run out now, and theres a lot more people out there that have run out of offers then there are noobs at this time.

Thank you Sandy! I'm sure that many site owners will appreciate your constructive input and that of the other traders here as well.

Great idea Sandy. So many people are tapped out on offers and this would give us the opportunity to start trading greens again if we had some new, enticing offers to check out.

DIABLO

15-09-2007 07:08:33

The problem is those people aren't making enough money from you buying it to pay $40+ for a green, the market is full of fraud so I understand why no legit companies want to start using it. It's a good idea, but I doubt anybody can get them to start paying out tens of thousands of dollars to people saying they got leads from, 90 of which only did it for the credit and canceled the next day.

Also, the reason some sites accept MCRs for an offer and others don't for the same offer is because they are run through different affiliates, and some affiliates stopped using MCRs.

I do not know what sites or affiliates you are referring to but I know that the affiliates that I run my site through do not have that difficult of a time crediting. Revenue Universe has probably one of the best crediting that I have seen. Instant Dollarz crediting could be sketchy but I know that if the offer is done correctly on the user side, then it should go through. I personally have not had many problems if any with crediting when I am completing offers.

Some affiliates accept manuals and some do not. I know that instant dollarz does and Revenue does NOT. This is due to the HIGH HIGH HIGH lever of fraud recently. People would fake confirmation emails with headers, this is why MCR's have been hard to file. On a side note a lot of affiliates have moved from a Net 15 pay to a Net 30 pay due to all the fraud.

[quote085901a367="sandra habina"]Can't site owners find more offers like you see on TV? Like Pet Steps and Floam stuff for kids, and grills and flashlights etc. Are those not allowed?[/quote085901a367]

We can only use the offers that our affiliates provide us with. Unfortunately, affiliates only get a certain amount of offers. Maybe this is due to the fact that the offers that they have, need the leads to stay in business. You point out offers on TV. Maybe they have enough leads through TV advertising that they do not need to pay for leads on the internet. I wish I had a more clear cut answer for you. Sorry. )

Thankyou Diablo - I knew that some affiliates stopped accepting MCR's - but I did not realize that the same offer is run by different affiliates. However there is still alot of terribly slow or no crediting at all.

But you miss the point about the offers - I mean cool usable stuff - like flashlights, toys, pet supplies, car items - the same items you see on TV - and the pay $$$$ for advertising on TV has got to be tremendous.
Xmas is coming - great gift ideas. I just think some new offers would benefit all of us traders and the sites and the affiliates and the corps. wink

Let me go to my affiliates this week and see what I can do. You also have to understand that it is not the affiliates that seek out advertisers, it is the advertisers that seek out the affiliates ergo they are limited to the offers that they can have to distribute over the internet.

Trainn will never be repeatable. They get TONS of business as it is and all those extra referrals are pure profit for them. They have no incentive to change.

Many smaller networks are repeatable. Somethin4Nothin of course, i know GetStuff4Free is, i think ZPT is. there's quite a few.

If you have any ideas, feel free to contact me via PM or any method on my website. My site will personally be adding 3 new sites near the beginning of October and we are in the process of adding 2 more affiliates which means more offers!

This is not a bitch post but a concerning question. Do not let Diablo keep you from posting here - he usually puts in a few rude comments - I was actually waiting for it. Diablo you are a very smart kid and I have no doubt that some day you will be running your own site or forum, (if you want) but you have got to learn some repore with people. This post is not to put blame on people or sites - it is merely to ask why the slow crediting and if we could get some new offers with different interests. I know you are an "old timer" but come on kiddo - be a bit nicer in your comments. Please.

I wanted traders to add their ideas and site owners to comment.
I don't want people to be afraid of being accused or blamed for the slump in freebies. We get the gist of how it works and I wanted to let traders comment without fear of being blamed or ridiculed.

So come on people - add your ideas - maybe we will be heard!!! wink wink

Sandra,

I applied for all those offers that you had listed (meaning that they are offered by one of my affiliates). The only problem is is that they pay so low that most of them are going to be 1/4 and maybe 1/3 credit.

I will be looking to adding them to my site sometime soon.

sandra - While Diablo can be slightly inflammatory from time to time, I don't think he was anywhere near out of line in anything he said here. Those people who sign up for offers they don't want and then cancel right away are the ones that are making sites twice as hard to complete these days.

sandra habina

16-09-2007 09:46:58

Jenny - as I said before this post is for the benefit to the freebie industry, traders and sites. I just did not want people to be turned away from posting because they would be ridiculed - Diablo is NOT wrong - it is just they way he says it, and on so many other posts as well. I merely meant that he could use some diplomacy in his comments. You know you catch more bees with honey than with vinegar! "an old saying".

Yes we need to sign up for offers we are interested in and that is why I posted this - to try and get more variables for offers. Many new traders simply go for the cheapest offer just for the credits and with the addition of other types of products I hope they would realize that it behooves them to try the products they may have seen on TV - even if they do cost more money - because it is a neat product or a great gift so why not get credit for doing the offer. And then not only do you get one of those products that you have always wanted to try but you also get credits for them and then you can also turn around and work the sites for yourself and go for the bigger prizes.
Many new traders think this is a scam and do not stick around - but with some help they can realize the freebie industry is for real.

The low-credit-value thing is exactly why I haven't and won't do a git-r-free site. Sure, they have over 500 offers, but you need to do about 8 of them to get a single credit!!

So maybe there could be sites with a lot more offers, but only, say, $20 ref value. Just a thought.

When you get that low, they might as well pay for partial credits or just be a DIY site.

HotGifts4You

16-09-2007 22:26:19

I've always thought that DIY sites are at the greatest risk of offer fraud, especially if payouts are instant.

Also, I think skepticalcynic's idea of having a site where the payout is only about $20-$25 is pretty nice. All of the offers would be a full credit so finding refs wouldn't be too hard a problem either. Again, the only concerning point would be frauders, but the idea is still pretty good.

Also, I know most of veteran traders feel that the offers aren't crediting as they should, but my guess is that the fault lies on the user's end most of the time. For example, even if you tell a new trader to clear cookies and temp files, they might forget. Otherwise, they might not let the confirmation load fully.

The printer ones are great. I like 00Inkjets and stuff and they pay decently but unfortunately a lot fo people do not seem do to that offer.

hhmmm I just did Pet Meds on Trainn and you did have to order $39.00 worth - 1/2 credit. And there is a minimal purchase on the ink offers as well. I believe it is about that much also.

What about more food offers - If there are any - I know we have Omaha steaks - is there any other types like for Hickory Farms or Cheese or ?
I still would not mind paying a higher amount if it was something I could really use or eat. LOL
I can only try so many diet patches and then I gotta eat. LOL

Just trying to throw some ideas out there and I do apologize for not understanding all the costs - I am just giving some ideas.
The purses and shoes offers are good. More like that maybe?
Animal/pet supplies - leashes/steps/clothes.

I guess what I am trying to say - is that alot of traders would not mind spending the money on higher cost offers - because many of us buy these things anyways - so why not get a credit for doing so on a freebie site? That benefits everyone. At least us old timers who have tried all the less expensive offers and have run out of things they like - I need more options and I know alot of traders do.
Does that make sense dear?

IF I wanted to buy something on ebay for a Christmas gift - I spend the money - but if I can do the offer on a freebie site and get credit - that is a BONUS. SEE?
OR If I see one of those cool toys or gadgets on TV and would order it - why not do it on a freebie site and get credit for it - BONUS.
Now if you can find feasible ones that you can make money on also - then we are in business.

I hope I explained that ok. Any other ideas - greatly appreciated folks. Come on - let's hear you. ? D D

I just did the pet meds offer on a 123 site, & all I had to do was make a purchase. I bought my dog two toys for like $15, & it credited.

Well the offer that instant dollarz runs is $60 bucks or more. It will differ from site to site cause some sites are their own affiliates (i believe 123 and trainn are). Since they are their own, they can offer higher payouts cause there is no middle man (Affiliates such as Revenue and IDz).

Are offers that require a purchase repeatable?

Great question! I've been wondering that myself. It seems that they could be since your not trying any type of membership deal.

Yes good question indeed - like pet meds, or inks or other offers thay are not really a trial but rather a purchase. Any info is great ?????

No, they are not repeatable.
You would think so, but nope.
