Hello - I have a trader who says she registered but has NOT received the email from FIPG. She tried to register again but it says that email address is already used.
What does she need to do so that she can be part of FIPG.
ANY INFO - WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Maybe her e-mail went to a spam or junk folder...did she check those?

Yes I did have her check those. She keeps trying but it says email already exists - well we know that but how does she get into fipg?
I need the moderators to send her another email - just waiting on one them to tell me where she should send it? I don't know if I should send one to their PM's or not. ????

Maybe she needs to make FiPG a "trusted" site in her security settings to get through....?

That doesn't make sense, the problem is she didn't get the email.
I think she can just log in with the info she used and request another email be sent, I don't think the mods need to do it.
