[bef1cadfc33]Hey Guys!! I was just wondering if anyone has had a payout from PrimoDinero? I'm supposed to be receiving a payout today from PrimoDineri.Blu-Ray for $400. This payout was from back in May, but with everything that happened a month or so ago...the payment got pushed to end of July. I've opened several support tickets verifying the payment for today, but as I read the terms on the site...it mentions that you will receive an email prior to payment to a PayPal account...and that you need to reply before payment. I haven't received an email...so I'm just wondering what is up?

If anyone has any details...I'd greatly appreciate the info!!

Thanks... 8) [/bef1cadfc33][/sizeef1cadfc33]

youre better off posting this at a4f. Primo only comes here to promote, but rarely anything else.

I also have been sending support tickets. Primo Dinero owes me $410 from May. I did receive a response that really makes no sense to me. It looks like some checks were mailed and some people will be getting paypal, hopefully by the 2nd of August. Below is the only response I have received from Primo Dinero, which doesn't really answer any questions. I received this from them today 7/31.

From Revenue Universe email 7/31/07 1235 am "-All payments are being processed today. We apologize that we were not able to do them on the 30th, our Paypal transfers did not clear on the expected date and therefore we are assuming that they will clear today. As soon as this happens all Paypal payouts will be made. Also, all checks have been printed and they will be mailed today as well!" From Lead Gains email 7/30/07 819 pm We are waiting for paypal to clear so that we can MassPay the paypal payments. There is a delay but should be no later than the 2nd of August. Though this may be frustrating rest assured that we are working our hardest and this will not be an issue next month. Checks will go out tommorrow, and remember people who have not received payment for May will receive their payments this month.

[b5b121938a9]I spoke with them on AIM last night...and received the same information about the affiliates not paying them...so they weren't paying me!! ... roll

How is it that I've been paid by 4 other networks since all of the issues a month back, but they haven't been paid? [i5b121938a9]Gotta say it again...PrimoDinero has been the worst site I've worked[/i5b121938a9]. They have been rude when I ask questions...they've pulled multiple GREEN's from me, and aren't being honest about what is going on.

I suggested that they may want to post on their website the information they had given me, but I doubt that will happen!!

I'll keep you posted on when I receive my payment. Thanks again for all of the responses!! ... 8) [/size5b121938a9][/b5b121938a9]

Well if they weren't paid by Revenue universe for your lead it isn't their fault. Different sites use different affiliates, that's why some paid you out already, some don't even wait until they're paid, either. Stop whining to them, it's not helping, they're waiting on payment for your offers so you can be paid. You're complaining that they pull greens? It's called going red, it means the person who went red frauded, they don't just randomly take greens. Just stop whining about it, all you're doing is getting them annoyed.

Why did you make your font so big? I just went over to A4F and read about all the complaints....the owner will pay people when he gets paid which I think was yesterday or today or something....chill out

Taurus-Matt

01-08-2007 09:35:29

Guys...I wasn't whining! Was simply looking for information because I hadn't been paid and wasn't getting a response from them. They made it clear that payments from June would be paid on July 30th. That didn't happen...so I was simply looking for information from other users on this site. I don't post or use A4F...so I would not know of any of the complaints there. I use this forum exclusively.

The truth is that of all the sites I've worked...it's been the worst experience. Am I not allowed to or supposed to say that? The payment is in material to me...I don't need the money! This is simply a way to make a little side money or get some good items cheaply. My issue is with the little to no communication. I have every right to expect what I'm told. In this incentivized world...we are all doing business with people and sites...we have no contact with. It's human nature to be somewhat skeptical!

Again...was just trying to get information because I hadn't received any from Primo. I couldn't find a forum on them here...so I thought a post would get some responses from other users.

As for the font...I agree!! ... 8)

You guys even said you're sending in support tickets and e-mails all the time, what do you think that does to the site owners? It gets very annoying having people ask the same question 100 times in a day, especially when you can't control it and you're waiting on your advertisers to give you the money to pay you guys.

Denise07

I have sent in one support ticket, not multiple ones. I have never even attempted to send an email or contact them via IM. I understand they are waiting to be paid by their advertisers. I was just curious if anyone else had been paid by Primo Dinero..... I certainly have not bugged anyone 100 times a day asking the same question over and over again....

I am also waiting for a payout. Like Taurus-Matt, I was approved in May and have not received payment or an e-mail. I have read posts in the past that Primodinero sometimes pays slowly, but that they always pay and sometimes with bonuses. I wouldn't worry, they are reputable and I am sure that they will pay when they can.

I did open a support ticket on 7/31 and received the following response on 8/3.

We are currently experiencing a payment delay from one of our affiliate networks, we are in a payment cycle so as soon as this delay is rectified, payments will be made. Thank You for your patience.

I recently opened a support ticket with Primodinero about my order that was approved and submitted three months ago. This was the response from Primodinero.

We are totally sorry but the last promised payment date from Nexus Leads has come and gone. We have sent a request for payment through Paypal and have just sent another reminder that payment must be made. We are sorry for such unprofessionalism shown by our EX affiliate network. Yes, persons have been paid in the order and date of payment. We have run out of payment monies at this point until Nexus Leads pays up. Sorry.

Like Taurus-Matt, I am not complaining, but if I made a referral wait this long to be paid for a green, you would be reading about it in the Scammer section. Primodinero may be a legitimate network, but waiting three months is pushing it a bit.

15-08-2007 17:41:24

Hey there,

Just my 1.5 cents worth, but Nexus Leads has never credited for me, so I avoid them entirely...

I find that it often comes up when a current offer is dead, and it will reroute you to a different one. Every time I tried to complete something that seemed interesting from NL, it didn't credit. So, long story short, if they don't credit me, why would I believe they pay the sites like they should?

Am sure that others have had diff experiences then me, but I stay away from anything that redirects me to a different offer then the one I was interested in. wink And now from anything that blatantly states Nexus Leads. Sorry for the disrespect to the affiliate, but if it doesn't work...fix it...LOL!

Don't feel like your complaining Taurus-Matt, you have a legitimate question, and I have done it myself...if I don't get a response from a site through a support ticket or can't get them on AIM, I look to see if I can find any new topic in their forum, but that's my approach, and then start a topic. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Curiosity killed the cat, not the Taurus-Matt lol

Its pretty sad that you would actually side by a company using such "illegitimate" means to inform their customers of information. The last Primo Dinero News update about this situation occurred almost 3 weeks ago now. You're like 9 years old, you don't know jack. I spent money out of MY pocket, money that I earned while working a REAL job to satisfy MY clients that greened for me. My agreement was to pay these people when I was paid, but guess what, no payment. And guess what, I kept these people informed and in the end used my own funds to pay them. Money that I EARNED while working a REAL job.

First of all - Stop making this load of crap that they have SO many people to tend to in this situation. Realistically, there's probably no more than 100 or so people that are expecting a payout at this point, don't know exact numbers, but stop acting like the entire state of Nebraska is emailing this place.

Second - The place doesn't know how to update their FAQ and NEWS section? People deserve to be informed, especially if you placed your order at the very beginning of May like I did.

Third - Unlike you using your allowance from Mommy and Daddy to do this little side-money-making opportunity, some people waiting for their payment RELY on this, at this point I need this money, it's not just a hobby.

And last - I'm pretty sure there would be a riot at Comcast Cable if everyone paid their bill but they shut their cable off because they were "waiting" for their coax supplier to manufacture additional cable, yet in the meantime pulled their paying current customers coax lines to install for new customers. My point?? Don't even sit there and try to tell me that the Primo Dinero network isn't making profit every single day from new customer signups, while I have to wait for my payment.

You, Diablo, obviously have no sense of how the big picture of things work. Stop flaming concerned customers of Primo that post here, they have every single right to be informed, and if they can't get info from Primo (Ridiculous) this is where they turn. I appreciate Gamers comment, at least he is trying to help instead of acting like he is the all-knowing like you. In this case, YOU are the true jackass Diablo! How about doing everyone that is concerned with their payout a favor, and going to summer camp the rest of the season before 5th grade starts.

They aren't making excuses, they weren't paid by their advertiser so they can't pay you, same thing as you not being able to pay your refs.

First - 100 people? Much more, plus just 10% of them sending in support tickets every day/few days adds up.

Second - Yeah, they could, I give that to you.

Third - I don't get any money from my parents, ever. I pay for everything myself, stop talking about things you don't know about. Anybody who thinks freebies can support you is wrong, because these things happen a lot. Freebies aren't meant to be used as a part time job substitute, they're meant for a little extra cash on the side. Stop trying to make a few bucks and go get a real job, and if you say you do have one get a better high paying one, you shouldn't need a few extra dollars from freebies on top of a normal salary, maybe you want it, but I doubt you need it.

Fourth - What? They're not making anything if they don't get paid from their advertisers. You think they'll shut down because some payments aren't on schedule? The difference between Primo and comcast is that Primo is a tiny company with a few 1000 users, comcast is much bigger, and they are a totally different kind of buisness, they make, provide, and sell, so they don't have to pay after they get paid.

You're an idiot if you think it helps to send support tickets in every day, it doesn't do anything and it just annoys the admins.

I hate some of you newbies...

You are why site owners get annoyed and stop answering emails/support tickets. You are a true jackass. The cause for it was because they're affiliates didn't pay them, how could staff do anything about that???[/quote13205c6a22]

How about doing everyone that is concerned with their payout a favor, and going to summer camp the rest of the season before 5th grade starts.[/quote13205c6a22]

I hate some of you newbies...[/quote13205c6a22]

Once again, DUH! Sorry if your Scoobie Doo's are all up in a bunch there buddy, but once again, you're proving how arrogant you are and how you have absolutely no clue what you are talking about.

Just to get this one out of the way, I am a United States Marine. I have been to the desert twice. Real job? anyways. Money? Below poverty. I need the money, thanks buddy, we aren't all like you. Sure you pay for everything yourself. Like I haven't heard that one before from every spoiled little kid.

Back to business chump. Affiliate programs have been around long before you were just a thought in your mom's wine induced mind. In fact, variations have been around long before the internet went public. So buddy, us NEWBS have no clue what we are talking about, because we haven't been members of a referral site I guess. Hey, guess what, you advertise for a company you have a business relationship with, you get paid. No matter what. Whether the original referer completes the entire bill or not, if you make XX company a profit, they pay you commission.

What difference does Comcast and any other business have in this situation? Nothing! Who cares if Comcast has more customers? Ok, want a better example, Ebay stores come through. If I order something they advertise as ready for issue, I better get my product after I paid for it, I.E. did my referrals, completed offers etc...Comcast does NOT do anything other than provide the servicing. Last time I knew, they didn't build coax cable and splitters in their office buildings. And they don't create HBO either, I'm pretty sure every other cable company has access to HBO, hence, business relations. So, who is the idiot? Comcast doesn't have to pay anything huh? They force their customer service to build materials in their cubicles on non-paid overtime then according to you. Since they don't pay anything.

Case-in-point, all other BS this conversation has brought aside. My point is, unless you can't read, this was posted in the HELP forum, again, just in case you missed it, HELP HELP HELP HELP. Are you helping anyone? You have your misinformed little one-sided opinion and feel the need to unleash it on individuals posting for HELP! Not ONCE have you helped anyone here. Calling people seeking help a jackass and an idiot is just rude and uncalled for. Go away and hangout with your non-responding freebie site admin. buddies.

I will send a support ticket every single day now just because of you. And I hope those you have ridiculed along side me will do the same.

I'd just like to comment that Nexus Leads owed a HUGE amount of money to MANY different freebie sites/networks and failed completely to fulfill the amounts they owed.

It is not the fault of PrimoDinero that they have not received the funds they were promised (multiple times) from Nexus Leads.

I know I would be frustrated too, but hopefully, you guys can wait a little bit longer and maybe they will have the funds available for you guys very soon!

Does anyone know if we might possibly get paid by the end of the month? I have heard nothing (

skepticalcynic

30-08-2007 08:32:27

I haven't heard anything either, and I'm starting to get a little concerned. The whole "affiliate doesn't pay so site can't pay" thing is starting to sound like a good excuse to never pay. The problem is that many people have already paid out money to refs for these sites. If the site is honest, the admin should be communicating regularly with us even if they have no good news to report. Lack of communication is making Primo seem a little shady to a lot of people.

sandra habina

01-09-2007 14:57:06

It is September 1st and it would be nice to have any update from PrimoDinero. Good or bad - at least like skepticalcynic said - keep us informed. Communication is key!!!!

Goodness I just placed an order - is there a chance I may get paid before Christmas? This is not bitching or whining - this is a legit question and I ask it with concern. We do have a right to know any updates.

What's sad is that the support ticket "ID" #'s I submitted an entire week and a half apart only have a gap of about 17 other support tickets submitted in there. From what I can tell the "ID" #'s simply go in chronological order. I used support in the past for another issue that was promptly responded to, so I have a good archive of tickets and that is what appears to be, chronological. If that is the case, then this is truly pathetic.

A whole whopping seventeen support tickets to answer in the course of ten days. I snail mail more checks to pay bills than that in the matter of ten days. Much harder than a simple reply by typing on a keyboard. And the last three submitted never received a response. And the two previous to those three got the same copy/paste response they put in their news section. I guess if this ID number thing is true then they are definitely NOT getting swarmed with 100's of support tickets a day. Which kind of makes sense because from what I can tell in various forums on this topic, one person usually does the "dirty work" of submitting a support ticket and everyone else seems to standby and wait for word from the submitter. Maybe not, just seems like it. I say screw it and everyone submit a ticket. Its really not as much about the payment anymore for me, it's about their appalling lack of concern for the people who brought them business. Their last public update occurred August 3rd and it is now Sept 8. That's downright pathetic no matter what the case may be on their end.

Hmm, after a little more thought, anyone ever think to notify the police and have them send an officer for a courtesy call? I guess it IS possible there is a rotting corpse hunched over the Primo keyboard right now. Spooky

It's on their news page.

They are biting the hand that feeds them - and the only reason I can see for that is because they want to deal with people who have no clue about freebies. And the only reason for that would be so they can make excuses for not paying.

I give up on them. Live and learn - but oh is that an expensive lesson!!

Found this information from Alicia Kraemer from IFW Security Solutions on Af4 on how to file a complaint against Primo Dinero, just in case anyone is interested.

It is with a heavy heart that I must come here and post this, because through our verification process, I do get to know many of our clients/members and wish them nothing but the greatest success.

I believe the owner of Primo Dinero to be a good and genuine person, and sincerely hope that he will come forward soon and give the customers and members of his network the answers they need regarding their accounts and prizes.

Unfortunately, I have received reports and complaints about the Primo Dinero network, therefore I have no choice but to place this network on hold, and can no longer recommend this site as "safe", until a satisfactory solution can be reached concerning these matters.

As it stands now, the owner has 30 days to respond to us concerning submitted reports.

We will attempt contact during the 30 days, via all means necessary, including (but not limited to)
certified USPS mail, to address on file. If no contact is made, this site/network will be placed on our blacklist,
as a network for all traders/advertisers to avoid.

If contact is made, and owner is willing to propose satisfactory solutions to these matters, owner will have
90 days to do so, before being moved to blacklist.

After reports are made and confirmed, any trader/site CAN come off of hold if (or after) the issue is resolved.

A question was asked in another post with in this thread what is our "verification".

This is a brief description of our service.....

Key Benefits

The sole purpose of this company is to provide an extra layer of protection against the fraud and scamming that is currently costing the freebie community (traders, websites & advertisers) both time and money.

Our job is to verify that a person who claims to be someone is indeed who they say they are.

Our multipart verification process will check physical address, emails, IP Address, phone numbers, state photo identification, and ensure that the trader/website is as trust-worthy as possible.

Has anyone tried filing a BBB complaint?

Denise07

23-10-2007 16:09:41

I wonder what made him finally decide to make his final move? I've been expecting it with all the heat he is getting from here and A4F. It sucks. I am definitely filing a complaint with IFW Security Solutions. I don't know how you suck money out of a bankrupt person, but I'd sure like to try. He's has been stringing me along since May, and this is the end result.

You guys might want to try that. I did that with a survey site and was paid in two days. The BBB has great communication too so you'll know what's going on.

Yeah. I filed a BBB complaint for a Brandarama site. They took like 6 months to ship my Nordstrom gift card, which is twice as long as they normally take.
Two weeks after I sent in the complaint I had my card in hand.

It can't hurt to file a complaint, and it can only benefit you.
I'd say go for it.

Perhaps the site is just down for a bit - I am just trying to stay positive in a very negative situation. Damn this sucks.

I hope the site is just down. I have sent 2 email=s to email=support@primerodinero.comsupport@primerodinero.coms to email=support@primerodinero.comsupport@primerodinero.com/email and have had no response, so it makes me wonder what is going on. Still, if he answers email like he does support tickets, then I could be waiting forever!

Do you have Primo's contact information? A BBB complaint doesn't do much good when they can't contact the offending party. Maybe that's why Primo took the sites down. Hopefully IFW will give me the contact info.

I am about to post a new topic in the scammer section with new info on Primo. Please go check it out - it's very important! I'm starting a new thread because I want to make sure it gets everyone's attention - especially the Admin's.

[quoteaf54dea62a="Denise07"]Found this information from Alicia Kraemer from IFW Security Solutions on Af4 on how to file a complaint against Primo Dinero, just in case anyone is interested.

For more information, including verification and/or membership fees, please visit our website.

I've been waiting since May 2007 to get paid my $300.00 but all I got from him was an excuse after excuse until he put me on hold and his reason was "I harassed him by asking several times when he will pay me". This guy is nothing but a scammer and he has no intentions to pay people. He closed his site, took the money and ran but it's not over, I know where he is and will chase him to the moon if I have to for not only paying me but also paying the hundreds of innocent people he took advantage of. x evil
