cash-for-ref trades mostly. but also, new offers come about frequently. people who have been around a while have seen lots of offers come and go.

Hello!
Yes, there is only so much you can do yourself as a greener for others, and then you move on to the stage of getting others to green for you, thereby completing your own sites, which is where the money really is, but this takes time. After getting some more TR under your belt and becoming more familiar with how the system works, make yourself well known in the forum by giving helpful constructive advice, start a trade thread of your own, and work a few sites that appeal to you.
You will notice in time that offers do change, and you will not be completely dry of offers to do, some sites even have a choice of up to 500 offers to choose from. Makes it easy for even traders that have greened over and over to find something that they would possibly enjoy trying.
Big War Birds Guide is great, and you should read it to give you a great sense of how this works...he did a wonderful job putting that all together, with much helpful info.
