I know you are mentioning in there that you aren't telling them what offers to do, but you list enough offers for each site to get a full credit. If all (or most) of your refs do the same offers, then it could be viewed as a walkthrough and you could go on hold.

That said, the second one is more honest, as they are really only earning $45 if they do your two sites, not $195 (although I see how you say they would be). Just don't mention all the offers for each, maybe 1 or 2 (they can see that there are more offers like that on those sites).

though I also just got a boost on a CC that is not conected to my Paypal
so im conecting it
and then I plan to start advertising sevrall sites not just 2
so ill have to re do the hole thing

i never tell them what offers to do or what they get from them.
I just give an offer list and tell them which are full credit.
I would not advertise that they will be getting $x if you include the giftcards from an offer b/c that money is not guaranteed. I would just say what you are paying

The other thing with the $25 gift cards for the offers is that there is no way to get the gift card during the free trial, so in order to get the gift cards they will have to spend more than $6.
