Posting feedback for a trader I just finished a trade with?

How/where do I post a comment for a trader I just finished a trade with?
I want to give him a postive comment! woot

If you are talking about giving good feedback...when you "Request TR" a box comes up on the upper left corner of your screen. This is where you fill in your comments.

You can also give them +Karma too!
Although this is only a counter, it does show they were helpful.
