Why can't I set up a trade?

I am trying to initiate a trade but when I click "initiate trade" it tells me it's failed. What can I do? Cleared all cookies, shut down for 10 mins and still the same problem. What's wrong?

Here are possible solutions.

1. Make FiPG a trusted site.
2. Lower your security settings enough so that you can edit the info. Try medium, and drop as needed.
3. Disable your popup blockers temporarily.
4. Allow cookies.
5. Or my favorite, get and use Firefox http//www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
