I have a Wired Visa that my payroll deposit goes into. It is a reloadable card. Does this count as a pre-paid card?

then your good to go.
the reason that they were banned from A4F and cause reversals is most of them cannot be charged more then once, so you can see the problem there. also, there were many accounts of them actually being [bc17160dad2]stolen[/bc17160dad2]

OIC.. so a stored value card is ok. just not visa gift cards or virtuals
