I'M USE TO THE FLR SITE, AND THERE IS A SPOT TO SET UP YOUR TRADE AGREEMENT. IS THERE A SPOT IN HERE TO DO THAT ALSO, OR IF NOT HOW DO I SET UP MY AGREEMENT WITH ANOTHER USER??

I think you need a TR of 4+ to initiate a trade with someone under 4 TR.

You set up your trades by using the trade module. What you need to do once they agree on a trade, is to go to their profile (at bottom of ANY post / PM), and click on "Initiate a trade with this user". After that, enter what the trade is for; ie "gas.123stuffforfree.com for $25". After that go to your trades by clicking on "Trades" in the top right on the screen at the top (it's by Stats, Smilies..etc.) Now find the trade, and click on "EDIT PAYPAL/SITE LINK/NOTES". A box will come up. That is where you enter your REFERRAL LINK. Do NOT post it ANYWHERE on these boards )
Hope I covered all that, ask any questions you may have.

That is incorrect. You just won't get credit for that trade until one of you has over 4TR..

Thats funny because I can't even initiate a trade with someone who is under 4 TR. I get an error? Wow it's funny how you never know what you are talking about and constantly misinforming members.

No need to be a prick about it. You really came off like a jerk in that post. Please post the error you got when trying to initiate a trade with someone under 4 TR. As far as I know, there may be a warning, but not an error that keeps you from doing it.
