Request Sent to Affiliate...still waiting

Just wondering, on macbook.getstuff4free and giftmonkey I've been waiting almost a month for offers to credit manually, but they still say "Request Received" or "Request Sent to Affiliate." Am I obligated (to the person I'm greening for) to do another offer?

In my experience, if you've waited a month...your offer went to hell and is content there.
I would do another offer, but I know it sucks.

I can say from experience, macbook.getstuff4free can take up to TWO months for a credit request to be granted. Stamps.com took 6 weeks for me on that site.

You are not obligated to do another offer for the person you are greening for as long as there was no time limit set for the trade when it was initiated. Usually, when someone is having problems with half a credit I'll offer to cover the cost of another offer (up to $5.00) if they'd like to complete another one. If not, I wait it out with them. My advice, just ask the person you're greening for to make an arrangement for another offer if you don't want to wait. )

Hope this helps!

Yup, stamps.com (on Giftmonkey). That and Auctionmonster (on macbook.getstuff4free).

Yup. I sent the request on March 13th, got credit April 28th. The only problem with doing another offer is that you may use up some offers that you're interested in. For example, I did 2 half credit offers on camers.123stuffforfree, neither credited, so I did 2 more (it was when I first started out, so I didn't know to wait lol), and then over a month later, randomly, with no credit request sent in, the 2 I originally did credited. I could have used those other 2 offers on another site...

Done rambling. Hope it all works out okay! )

Credit requests can take a while, so it is frustrating. On my site you can do another offer if you choose, and then when your credit request is finally approved, just open a support ticket and I can transfer your extra credit to another site. ;)

I will have to look into this network. What an awesome way to handle manual credits.

Would have to agree with that one! Have 1.5 and 2 full on sites that I wanted too green quickly for a person, and burned offers, not to mention, they are useless to me as they can't be used/transferred. The site got their money though. But all part of the ups and downs of this wink

Bah! I did that well before S4N. I just never posted about it as much to avoid people taking advantage of it. P

Seriously, though, I've done that for people who've asked and who were obviously not taking advantage of the offer, so open a support ticket on the site and I can transfer your extra offers. Trust me, I find it as frustrating as you do (I'm getting the offers from the same places as almost everyone else - how long it takes to get the credit shouldn't be any different other than random luck).
