can anyone tell me why i can't post a screenshot? i saved it in paint, is there somewhere else to do it? i copy it, but it won't paste

It sounds like you already saved it. Just upload it using imageshack or photobucket.

If you upload it to photobucket, it will give you the image links automatically. Or use BB code when you are posting (although html will generally work, too).
