i just have some questions about them, for example, people say things like- be careful, dont rush in to any of them, they can be tricky and so on.i have signed up for fusioncash, which i thought was a great site and i am waiting for my cashout.are there any rules for these sites?please explain?

Read the "Terms of Condition" or something like that, that is the rule.
You follow those rules, money will be in your hands.

Biggest rule is, don't complete an offer more than once.

Fusion cash isn't a "DIY"' site that people talk about being careful about and not rushing into it quickly...Fusion cash is a Points site, those are fine...sign up ... browse the offers...and complete some offers.

DIY sites like Ideal for example...have time limits, strict crediting cycles, very strict rules, etc.

In the trading rules it also states clearly that you cannot trade or solicit trades for DIY sites (like iDeal)
