What are the terms of the trade?

Off the top of my head, a week. I don't know anything about the deal, but there are some very impatient traders. If it's been a week and there's still no credit then you should ask why the delay. If it's going to be a long time before you finish the site anyway, then just have some patience and keep an eye on it.

Does this person know that you need it quickly? Is that what was agreed upon?

Well it could be that the offers were done and they haven't credited. But I've had people sign up then drop off the face of the earth. I just move on after a reasonable length of time. Actually if I got a response like that, I wasn't writing them back at all [i357c64ac89]Time to find a new ref[/i357c64ac89] ;)

Sounds like he prepaid. PM again and give it another day, then maybe ask a mod.

Why do you pre pay in advance, that is so risky

If the other person has a higher TR, he has to.

I can't think of any instance where any trader with a higher TR would insist or be willing to go first.

But no, they wouldn't insist that they go first, but they might be able to accept it.
