Feedback window not POPPING UP

theyre using IE browsers

and for most of them, the windows doesnt pop up after hitting the Request TR

Isnt it Tools > Internet Options > Security Level > Low?

Because Script is not working..
please look .. and do it for fix your IE browsers

The above options should work. If not, may I suggest downloading the browser from firefox.

I have no problems since I've been using it. Highly recommend.

yes firefox is best Browser .. .. every use it .. will have no problem ..
