I've read they are not working on some sites.

Which GC should I go with then?

I already have a CC but I got hit with some memberships because I didn't cancel and I don't want to do that again.

So I'm looking for a prepaid so I can load $20 or whatever and do some offers really easy.

Otherwise known as fraud?

Thanks for the heads up, we'll be sure to watch for your trades, since you're bragging about fraud.

That won't help you. If you don't cancel an offer and trust that the money won't be there for them they will just send you a letter and start collection proceedings. If you get a collection agency on your credit at such a young age you can kiss any hope of a good interest rate goodbye for 10 years or more which could mean a lot for you.

Use your credit card and keep track of your own offers.

I wasn't bragging about fraud.

I forgot to cancel one offer and was charged but settled everything out with the company and the bank but it was a p.i.t.a.

I am still going to cancel the offers before the trial membership is up, but I won't be using my credit card now for extra protection, that's all.

also we dont talk of canceling offers here. If your not intrested in the products offered dont do the offer.

There's nothing wrong with using giftcards...

Once again I strongly recommend using a real credit card. You're protected against true fraud transactions and if your full evaluation of a product leads you to not wanting to continue with that product you just deal with the companies.

The extra "protection" that people talk about giftcards will just lead to collection efforts which are never pretty.

If I'm not interested in an offer, I cancel it, real credit card or not.

The offers like Elite Savings Club, Essential Living, and Body Fit Pro, that charge you anyway are the offers I protect myself against by using giftcards.

i use GC's all the time... the only problem i run accross is not having the proper amount of funds... sometimes the pre auth for everything sucks up alot of the funds then when it comes around for the actuall payment for the trial... things get kinda screwy... just make sure you have enough funds to cover EVERYTHING to avoid all problems with crediting.
