PM spam

Just got PMed by someone asking me to do their site for cash; they included their referral link. I had indicated no desire to sign up for any sites for cash.

Who do I contact about this?

A moderator of course. I would pick KeithA or TheySayJump, although Keith will probably get to you quicker..

i even went to see your topic to be sure , and you even told me i that i mmade a error by giving full referral dont understand why you need to ask a mod to ban me for 5 day.

that what i think is hard going on such site like this make 1 mistake your almost sure to get ban right away , lol if no almost

We won't ban you for this, and you aren't banned from the site--just from sending PMs.

This isn't something we do just to make life harder on users; we've received a lot of complaints about PM spam, so we're cracking down on it.

Maybe some day we'll be able to automatically prevent it, but for now we have to slap folks on the wrist.

I think it is annoying when ref links are included, but if you say you are doing sites, then people will send them.

If you say that you are paying for sites, though, and someone PMs you about doing their sites ... especially if they include ref links ... then it is spam, and you will get in trouble.

Yes, you can receive PMs. But as I posted in your thread in The Trading Post, you should get their email or AIM addresses so that you can contact them privately.
