I have several sites that I need referrals on, I'm new and do not know how to go about getting these. Help!

look in the trades forum. You can pay people to do trades there, or just agree to a referral for referral trade where you complete someone else's referral in return for them doing yours. That would be your best place to start. Good luck!

If you haven't already, post a thread in the trading post stating what you are trying to do. Make sure you put details such as paying on green or on approval. If you only want to trade greens instead of paying for referrals, make sure you put that in there. You make a post and you will get referrals.

The Trading Post forum is where you should post your requests for referrals. Be sure NOT to send PMs to people who have not requested information - that would be SPAM!

Since your TR is pretty low, and many people will be unsure about getting greens for you, and if their TR is higher than yours (as many will be), you would be expected to pay them before they green.
You may want to consider trading site for site for a while, which will get you your referrals and build your TR.

i need refs too ( and i have a hell of a tr with no benefits
