i actually didnt even get a confirmation # when i ordered from them so thank goodness i did some research to find how to cancel my membership. You already know that they would have charged my account either way lol.

Pacific Web Works also offers live chat assistance for your subscription, and will help with technical support. I have used them many times. The only draw back is that it takes forever to get to the 1st in line, on the good side, you don't have a phone stuck to your ear listening to musak, and can get other things done while waiting.
